Desktop Advisers was founded in 1994 by two Chicago area technology professionals who were previously IT Directors for a major medical association. At that time, they recognized that small to mid-sized organizations needed better technology support, so they founded Desktop Advisers as a practical and flexible way for smaller business operations to access the IT support that they deserved.

Today our highly experienced team maintains our commitment to customer success, ensuring customers have the right technology setup and support that best serves their unique needs and budgets. Our service philosophy is one of responsiveness, clear communication and integrity. In that spirit, we truly listen to what our customers want, make practical and effective recommendations, and never forget that every customer is different.
